If all the math is correct and your target markets are only 7k people, I seriously doubt you're going to make much money. 13k coin drops in one month is an awful lot for a town of 7k people.

correct and you have to pay for the machines and their upkeep and also the winnings from the machines.
You can make money doing this but it is TOUGH to get into stores and expensive to operate. Also, once a location proves that it makes money, you have to convince the store owner not to kick you out and buy their own machines.

Rent a space throw in a few coin pushers,video poker machines and penny slot machines. Instead of a cash payout, promote points for prizes. Get some junk on a shelf behind the counter and let them go crazy.
They had one in Springdale. Instead of awarding cash, they awarded Wal-mart gift cards. If you hit a 500 dollar jackpot you were awarded a 500 dollar gift card to Wal-Mart. The place stayed packed.
